La Sécurité Solaire est un centre collaborateur de l'Organisation Mondiale de la Santé (O.M.S.) pour l'éducation solaire.

Au sein du programme INTERSUN les missions de la Sécurité Solaire sont notamment : la diffusion de l'Index UV aux Français, la production de matériel pédagogique, l'édition d'un site web et l'organisation de cours et de séminaires de formation...
